Lynn Conti | Portland Interior Designer & Project Manager

An Ohio native, Lynn was thrilled when she discovered the Pacific Northwest. It was there she attended college and received her degree in Interior Design. She took her first job as a designer specializing in window, wall, and floor coverings.  It was here she gained extensive training and experience with custom drapery and window coverings of all types, upholstery, wallpaper and floor covering. She spent the next 30 years honing that experience and eventually became a sales manager for a Portland-based company that provided designer services to large retailers. Best of all, this is where she met Refinement.

Eventually, she was promoted and found herself working in the corporate office as National Training Manager, responsible for onboarding and training a network of several hundred designers.

When her grandson was born, Lynn decided that she needed more time with family, and chose to leave the corporate world. She spent the next 5 years homeschooling her daughter, playing with her grandson, traveling, and volunteering for some of her favorite causes, like Meals on Wheels, SMART, Friends of Trees, Sunshine Pantry, World Pulse, and others. She found the design world calling though and welcomed a chance to team up with Refinement again for a large project that involved a major remodel. One project led to another and they were off and running, working entirely on word of mouth referrals.
