Davenport St. - Bathroom remodels

This home had three very retro pink and black bathrooms and a tight budget before the family moved in. We wanted to maintain the feeling of the 1942 house while elevating and modernizing each bathroom.

Primary Bathroom

The primary bathroom went from dark and dreary to a beautiful spa space with champagne gold fixtures, an open shower concept, a deep soaking tub, artisan shelves, and luxurious double sinks.

Powder Room

In the main floor powder room we moved an original crystal chandelier from another part of the house to create a beautiful focal point featuring the pedestal sink with some fun and uniquely shaped accents - the mirror and a set of gorgeous sconces.

Kids Bathroom

In the “kids” bathroom we were able to use a fun retro light over the vanity, incorporate some custom-designed, playful tile in the tub/shower combo, and a plan that would carry the client’s children from toddler to teen.
