Located near the entrance of Washington Park, this renovation was one of those turn-and-burn projects. As our second job for one of our favorite clients, we needed to get this beautiful condo on the market and we were able to execute it in record time. From a condo with yellow walls, old carpet, and dated fixtures, we helped modernize and create an inviting space anyone would want to live in.
