Named the PAE Living Building, this stunning five-story, 58,000-square-foot mixed-use building speaks for itself. Is is the largest commercial building in the world built to achieve full Living Building Challenge (LBC) certification from the Seattle-based International Living Future Institute (ILFI). When ZGF Architects contacted us to stage this incredible building we were thrilled to take on the challenge and with a very quick turn-time, we were able to put a furniture plan and decor together that would fit the scale and speak to the architecture. With a little help from our friends at Kush Rugs and Potted in Portland, it came together beautifully and has since been winning awards including the IIDA Best in Category Award for 2022.
